Wedding Address Collection
One free link for all your guests. They fill in their address in 30 seconds; you get a clean list to export or turn into invitations.
How to Collect Addresses for Your Wedding
Four common ways. The difference is how much typing and tidying each one leaves you.
| Method | For guests | For you | Privacy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shared spreadsheet | Find the sheet, find a row, type — fiddly on a phone | Fix formats, chase blanks | Everyone sees every address |
| Google Form | A generic form you build yourself | Copy responses, tidy formatting | Private if set up carefully |
| Group text | Reply in a busy thread | Copy every reply by hand | The whole group sees each address |
| A dedicated link | 30 seconds, guided fields | Nothing — export a clean CSV | Only you see addresses |
What to Ask Guests For
Names as they'd like them. Exactly as they should appear on the envelope — "Dr. and Mr." or "Emma and James".
Who lives there. Partners and children at the same address, so one envelope reaches the household.
International addresses. Country first, then only the fields that country uses.
Email or phone, optional. So your digital save the date and invitation reach them too.
When to Collect Addresses
8–12 months before the wedding, before save the dates go out. Engagement congratulations are a natural moment to share the link.

Turn Your Address List Into Invitations
Your addresses are already a guest list. Export them for a printer, or send an animated save the date and invitation to the same people — your first 5 guests are free.
Free Address Collection FAQs
Is it really free?
Yes — free, with up to 500 addresses per link and CSV export. You sign in to publish a link, so the list is tied to your account and only you can see it.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. Guests open your link and fill in a short form. No account, no app.
Can I export the addresses?
Anytime, as a CSV that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets — ready for a printer or mail merge.
Who can see the addresses?
Only you. Guests can't see each other's addresses, and we don't sell or share them.
Can I send it to international guests?
Yes. Guests choose their country and the form shows the fields that country uses.
How long do you keep the data?
Until you delete it — one address, the whole list, or your account, anytime. Deleting removes it for good.
